Return Policy: Items purchased from this website at full price or with a discount of 15% or less and that are in new and unworn condition with the tags can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery for store credit. This does not include pieces from our sale section. For sanitary reasons, please try on all clothing over undergarments. Items that have the tags removed, liner lost or have been laundered will be refused for return.

Final Sale: Pieces purchased from our sale section, and hair accessories (scrunchies, headbands, hats) are final sale and are not eligible for return unless your item is damaged upon receiving it or it is not the correct product you ordered. If your final sale item is faulty or if you have received the incorrect item, please contact our customer team for assistance and to organize a replacement of the item.

Refund Processing: Once we receive and approve your returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10-14 business days. Once you receive your refund notification, please allow an additional 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
